E8: Reclaiming Your Health: The D.R.E.S.S. Method in Action with Raewyn Guerrero

Listen in as Tiffany Ryder, PA-C interviews “The Gutsy Executive Coach” Raewyn Guerrero to discuss the power of Functional Diagnostic Nutrition and Functional Medicine in optimizing health and vitality.

After years chasing anxiety, IBS and unexplained infertility in the conventional medical world, Raewyn had an epic burnout that led her to explore alternative approaches to healing. She was blown away by how decades of seemingly unrelated health issues began evaporating within a few weeks of following the principles of Diet, Rest, Exercise, Stress Reduction and Supplements (D.R.E.S.S.).

As a result of her personal success, she went on to retrain in Functional Diagnostic Nutrition and has since integrated the principles of Functional Medicine into her practice of hypnotherapy, cognitive behavioral therapy and positive psychology to help clients make changes that nurture both body and mind.
